A mediation moderation conceptual model of inclusive leadership, psychological contract fulfilment and government support on total quality management–patient safety relationship

This paper aim to assess the direct effect of total quality management (TQM) on patient safety (PAT), exploring mediating roles inclusive leadership (ILD) and psychological contract fulfilment (PCF), boundary government support (GOV). The develops a conceptual framework along with suppositions by integrating both empirical theoretical literature in fields healthcare strategic management, leadership, industrial organisational psychology finance. proposes that TQM will be positively related PAT, this positive relationship mediated ILD PCF. Additionally, (GOV) moderate PAT. provides implications for researchers practitioners areas decision-making enhancing PAT applying TQM, ILD, PCF GOV as tools. It also upcoming empirically test different settings.
